Annual EQUALSinTech Awards
The EQUALS in Tech Awards recognize initiatives and organizations that are committed to advancing gender equality in the digital age and to creating equal opportunities for women and girls to fully benefit from the digital economy. The Awards are organized and presented by the EQUALS Global Partnership for Gender Equality in the Digital Age, a global, multi-stakeholder network bringing together governments, private-sector actors, international organizations, civil society, and research institutions. Founded by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), UN Women, the International Trade Centre, GSMA, and United Nations University, the partnership works collectively to expand women’s access to digital technologies, strengthen digital skills, and support women’s leadership and success in the technology sector.
