Travelling by public transport
Three metro stations are located close to the Fira Gran Via venue, all with accessible lifts (Europa Fira on FGC/ L9S, Fira on L9S and Foc on L10S). -
Accessible parking spaces
Accessible parking spaces available in Parking B and Parking F. Car owners must show a valid disabled parking sign. -
Private vehicle drop-off/pick-up
A dedicated accessible vehicle drop-off / pick-up area located at the back of FGV Hall 3. Request your car sticker for access before Friday, 9 February, 2024 from our official accommodation partner, please email accessibility@bnetwork.com

A fully accessible venue, free of obstacles, including smart signage/audio navigation, automatic doors, lifts and much more.

Lifts to access venue floors
Control panels at wheelchair height and braille text. -
Toilets adapted for wheelchair use
All venue toilets are equipped for wheelchair use. -
Fully accessible restaurants
All reception counters, bars, self-service counters and seating areas are accessible to wheelchair users.

Speech-to-text captioning services will be available in all keynote sessions and D4T conference sessions. -
Sign language keynotes
Real-time sign language interpretation services will be provided at keynote sessions. -
Reserved seats in all conference stages
Reserved seats for wheelchair users in all MWC stages. -
Companion pass and/or guide dog
MWC offers a complimentary companion pass for assistance during the event.
