How can I register for MWC?


There are two systems in use for registering to attend the event:


The Public Registration System is used by all attendees to complete their registrations. Paid & invited attendees will need to complete all steps themselves, whereas attendees uploaded via the Client Portal (former E&P system) with the single or bulk upload tool, will only be required to add in some additional personal information and submit their ID and photo for their identity check. 

The Client Portal (former E&P System) is used for those with a complimentary allocation of passes to register their visitors and staff.

Visa Information


It is your sole responsibility to take care of visa requirements. If you require a VISA support letter to attend MWC Barcelona 2026, please request one via the registration system after you have completed your registration. Registration for MWC26 is now open.

What are the event dates and location?

What languages are spoken?
Nearly every language is spoken at the event, we have attendees from different countries. However, all event communications and signage are in English, the official language of the event.

Can I have a media list?
The press list will not be published or provided to attendees before or after the event. Confirmed MWC exhibitors can request the list to pressoffice@mwcbarcelona.com

How can you ensure the security of my personal data?
We utilise industry-recognised encryption within the systems that collect personal data. Additionally, the GSMA and Fira have commissioned a third-party penetration test and systems audit to ensure the security of personal information.

Is there a minimum age to attend MWC?
The minimum age to attend MWC is 16 years old.


Can I bring a minor to the event? 

MWC Barcelona is a strictly business-to-business (B2B) professional networking environment and is solely intended to allow industry professionals to conduct business and engage in commercial discussions. Therefore, individuals under 16 years of age are not permitted entry. 

  

Where possible, nursing infants accompanied by either a parent or a legal guardian may be considered in limited circumstances, at GSMA’s sole discretion, in order to support industry professionals balance work and family responsibilities. 

  

Requests for approval need to be submitted in advance to customersupport@mwcbarcelona.com or customersupport@4yfn.com. 

  

Parents or legal guardians must not arrive onsite with nursing infants, as access to the event will not be granted without prior authorisation. 


Guide dog and emotional animal support:  

MWC Barcelona is not a suitable environment for animals, as it may cause them undue stress or discomfort. Should you wish to bring a guide dog, please follow the guidance provided here. For avoidance of any doubt, the entry of any other animals, including Emotional Support Animals, is strictly prohibited. 

 

What if I am feeling unwell whilst at the Event?

If you feel unwell whilst at the Event, please visit our first aid facilities which can be found at the Event map within the MWC Barcelona 2026 digital channels.

Prayer Rooms at MWC

 

Are there prayer rooms available at MWC?

MWC Barcelona consistently offers peaceful, purpose-built prayer rooms for attendees to reflect and worship. These prayer spaces foster an inclusive environment, ensuring all attendees feel respected and supported in their spiritual practices.

  

Where are the prayer rooms located?

These rooms will be situated in central, easily accessible locations for your convenience. Additionally, a dedicated meditation space for all genders will be available in Hall 3. The exact locations can be consulted here.

 

What are the operating hours for the prayer rooms?

Monday to Wednesday: 08:30h to 19:00h.

Thursday: 08:30h to 16:00h.

 

Is there a meditation space available?

Yes, there is a meditation space located in Hall 3, alongside the Prayer Rooms. It is open to all attendees seeking a calm place to relax, meditate, or practice mindfulness. Locations and operating hours can be found on the MWC website.

Rebroadcasting 


Am I allowed to rebroadcast event content?

Should you wish to rebroadcast, share, or otherwise use any media content derived from our events, please contact your GSMA representative to obtain the necessary license by signing our GSMA Events' Rebroadcasting Terms of Use before rebroadcasting any event content.


How long can I rebroadcast event content for?
You may rebroadcast the event content for a period of one (1) year.

 

Do I need consent to rebroadcast event content?

Yes, you must first obtain the necessary consent from the speaker before rebroadcasting any event content. 


Am I allowed to transfer, pass or share the license to rebroadcast the event content to another organisation or partner?
Yes, the license granted to you is transferrable and sub-licensable.

Where am I allowed to rebroadcast my session?
You may rebroadcast your session on your organisation’s official website, social media channels and other digital platforms.

Do I need to sign anything in order to get a recording of my session?
Yes. In order to rebroadcast any event content, you must first sign the GSMA Events' Content Rebroadcasting Terms of Use.
