• We are committed to making MWC events as sustainable as possible. And for journeys that take four hours or less, we encourage attendees to take the train. Be green and switch from air to rail where possible.

It is your sole responsibility to take care of visa requirements. If you require a visa support letter to attend MWC26 Barcelona, please request one via the registration system after you have completed your registration. Registration for MWC26 will be live in November.

We recognise that MWC26 Barcelona takes place during Ramadan, and we’re committed to supporting all attendees observing the holy month.

Dedicated prayer rooms with ablution facilities will be available across the venue, along with halal dining options and designated spaces for reflection. Dates and water will also be provided for Iftar.

For those attendees that have booked with our official hotel partner, bnetwork, please get in contact directly should you need any support with Suhoor arrangements or other Ramadan requirements.

We strongly recommend using Barcelona’s fast and efficient public transport system as the quickest and most convenient way to travel between the city and the venue. To make it even easier, all MWC / 4YFN attendees receive a free transport pass, granting unlimited travel on buses, the Metro, and local FGC trains (Zone 1), including a trip to or from the airport. 

Barcelona is undergoing a major transport development program to create a more sustainable and efficient city. While this will bring long-term benefits, in the short term that means there is a significant impact in terms of delays, detours and congestion on the roads, making public transport the best choice. 

If you still choose to travel by car, be sure to allow plenty of extra time for your journey to avoid disruptions.
