Tips to safely enjoy Barcelona

Be discreetWhen leaving the venue, remove your Networking Badge, keep it safe and don't display large amounts of cash. Only carry as much as you need.
Be alertKeep your personal belongings with you, both inside and outside the venue.
Be awareBe vigilant in crowds, restaurants and on public transportation. Watch out for people creating distractions and diversions.
Be preparedWhen walking around the city, know how to get to your destination in advance so you appear confident in where you are going.
