The GSMA Ministerial Programme is the world’s leading forum for policymakers and global industry leaders from across the mobile ecosystem and adjacent industries. From 3 to 5 March 2025, leaders from government, industry and international institutions will come together at the GSMA Ministerial Programme to meet their global peers, and engage in dynamic discussions in an exclusive environment at the heart of MWC Barcelona.  

This year, the GSMA Ministerial Programme will delve into crucial issues including responsible AI governance, energy efficiency of networks, future spectrum for mobile, and the continued dialogue on investment as operators strive to stay ahead of network traffic growth.

About the GSMA Ministerial Programme

The GSMA Ministerial Programme at MWC Barcelona has grown in popularity and scope since its launch in 2006.

This exclusive event brings together industry CEOs, government ministers, telecom regulators, data protection authorities, and high-level representatives from international organisations worldwide – all gathering to share knowledge, stimulate debate around current issues, and provide an opportunity to engage with mobile industry experts on policy and regulatory topics.
