About the GSMA Ministerial Programme

The GSMA Ministerial Programme at MWC Barcelona has grown in popularity and scope since its launch in 2006.

This exclusive event brings together industry CEOs, government ministers, telecom regulators, data protection authorities, and high-level representatives from international organisations worldwide – all gathering to share knowledge, stimulate debate around current issues, and provide an opportunity to engage with mobile industry experts on policy and regulatory topics.

The Ministerial Programme at MWC Barcelona is an invitation-only event, targeted at senior government and industry leaders. Invitations to the 2025 edition will be sent from October. Find out more.

Launching in 2024, the GSMA Ministerial Programme will also feature an Africa-focused edition at MWC Kigali, taking place from October 29-31, 2024. Learn more.
