GSMA Mobile for Development leverages its position at the intersection of the mobile ecosystem and development sector to drive innovation in digital technology that reduces inequalities.
The GSMA Innovation Fund is a dedicated facility that provides equity free grant funding and technical assistance to test digital innovations and measure their socio-economic or environmental impact in emerging economies across Africa and Asia. The goal of the Fund is to de-risk innovations, generate learnings and support innovators on their journey to scale.
By partnering with donors such as the UK Foreign Commonwealth Development Organisation (FCDO) and Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida), we leverage public sector funding to catalyse digital innovation.
