The GSMA Ministerial Programme returns to MWC Barcelona from 2–4 March 2026, marking two decades as the leading global platform for digital policy dialogue. Since its inception, the Programme has convened ministers, regulators, and industry leaders to shape the future of connectivity through open dialogue and collaborative action.
 

As the digital landscape continues to evolve amid rapid innovation and shifting geopolitical dynamics, the 2026 edition will explore the global tech race, promote cohesive digital governance, and reinforce trust as a cornerstone of technological progress.

About the GSMA Ministerial Programme

The GSMA Ministerial Programme at MWC Barcelona has grown in popularity and scope since its launch in 2006.

This exclusive event brings together industry CEOs, government ministers, telecom regulators, data protection authorities, and high-level representatives from international organisations worldwide – all gathering to share knowledge, stimulate debate around current issues, and provide an opportunity to engage with mobile industry experts on policy and regulatory topics.
