I am an international lawyer and sports director working at the intersection of global governance, strategy, and sport. I advise organisations on cross-border legal issues, regulatory frameworks, and international negotiations, while supporting sports bodies with governance, athlete development, and partnership building. My focus is on using law, policy, and sports diplomacy to create sustainable, high-integrity environments and drive meaningful global impact.

With almost two decades of cross-border legal and policy experience, Helen’s work focuses on developing governance frameworks that connect innovation, ethics, and strategy — ensuring that emerging technologies advance human progress while maintaining trust, transparency, and resilience.
