Allison Kirkby

Speaker Bio

Allison Kirkby became Chief Executive of BT Group in February 2024 – leading more than 100,000 people in connecting the UK via next-generation digital networks. She served on BT’s Board from 2019, and brings deep telecoms and transformation expertise from Telia, TDC, Tele2 and Virgin Media. Allison began her career as an apprentice, qualifying as a chartered management accountant at Guinness, before a 20-year career at P&G. Today she is a GSMA board member, Adviser to the UK Government’s Board of Trade, and Senior Adviser to Brookfield Asset Management. She previously held non-executive roles at Greggs, the British bakery chain.
