Speaker Bio
Dr.-Ing. Axel Sikora is a full professor at Offenburg University, Germany, where he founded and leads the Institute of Reliable Embedded Systems and Communication Electronics. Also, he is deputy member of the board at Hahn-Schickard Association of Applied Research, a major research institute in microsystem technologies, where he manages the division "Software Solutions". He is deeply involved in several technology spinoffs. Since many years, he is chairman of the annual embedded world Conference, the world's largest event on the topic, which - after being staged for 20 years in Nuremberg - is now extended also to Shanghai and Austin.
