Arantxa has over 20 years of experience leading teams in leading tech companies such as AWS, Amazon Ads and Microsoft.
At AWS she led the Startup Business for Spain and Portugal, and now heads the Strategic Startup business for EU South, helping thousands of startups to grow and scale their business.
She started her career as an entrepreneur focused in eCommerce, retail and AdTech. Her passion for startups and entrepreneurship has led her to become an active member within the Southern European ecosystem connecting people to people, and supporting diversity and inclusion environments to continue assisting underrepresented minorities in achieving their business goals through mentorship, business and technological support, or as an independent investor.
