Aitor is currently leading the Retention, Marketing Insights and Marketing Tech teams at flink as well as consulting on retention initiatives for international clients through his own agency ltv. Previously, he has worked at Delivery Hero leading the Product Marketing field for Europe and APAC, leading the global customer retention team at Glovo and managing all mobile communications and retention efforts at Hellofresh and at foodora.
