Lodema Steinbach is Vice President of North American Products and Carrier Partnerships at Sinch. She has nearly 20 years of experience in the MNO space both at a carrier and CPaaS provider -- working globally with large-scale enterprise products and supporting partnerships. In her current role, she defines the market strategy for Sinch’s messaging (SMS, MMS, RCS) product, focused on driving growth within the North American ecosystems (P2P, A2P, 10DLC, TollFree, shortcode). Additionally, she is responsible for key carrier relationships and developing forward thinking products that are aligned with the telecom ecosystem.
