Anuar has thirty years of Telecommunication/SCADA working experience in oil & gas Upstream and Downstream sectors covering pipeline system and onshore & offshore crude oil/gas field production facilities. Project experience includes working in a large - scale local and international pipeline project, viz Malaysia’s Offshore Dulang Projects, Sudan’s Muglad and Melut Basin Oil Development Project and most recent undertaken was the Refinery & Petrochemical Integrated Development (RAPID) project .
Involved in various project implementation phases such as detailed design, construction and maintenance of oil and gas telecommunication network/systems. Head the Telecom unit in GTS responsible for system technical assurance/governance and new technology development and deployment. Currently spearheading PETRONAS private 5G network design and infrastructure roll-out.
