UpHill is a clinical pathway software that integrates with existing hospital information systems to automate tasks and bridge gaps in care. UpHill orchestrates care, allowing a comprehensive view of patients’ care journey progress which includes past data - from the EHR - and recommended next steps. The pathways are built on top of an evidence-based decision support system enhanced with automation - internal (EHR) and external (patient). UpHill is a medical device SaaS, compliant with relevant industry-standard certifications and GDPR. UpHill is HL7 interoperable and uses catalogues (SNOMED, LOINC, WHO, etc.) to ensure a standardised data interpretation among systems.
