Uche Ogbonna, is a sustainability and social impact strategy professional with over 15 years' experience across various sectors including telecoms, banking, power distribution and FMCG. A member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR), UK, and a Fellow of the Institute of Brand Managers of Nigeria (IBMN), Uche is currently the Sustainability Director at GSMA. His educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in architecture, a master's degree in public and international Affairs and a post-graduate diploma in public relations from the Chartered Institute of Public Relations, UK. In his current role, Uche leads important workstreams in sustainability that help mobile telecom operators drive business value within their ecosystems, building capabilities and accelerate collective action on materiality issues.
