Luisa is an Innovation & Technology Advisor at the UK Government’s Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO). She has over ten years’ experience sparking innovations and building successful partnerships with innovators, the private sector and academics to drive large-scale positive change across Africa and Asia.
Luisa holds an Economics degree from the University of Cologne and a MSc in International Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
