Sarah is a Senior Director for the GSMA’s Regulatory Capacity Building Programme, responsible for developing strategic, regional and global partnerships through which this specialized training is delivered. Sarah has over 15 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry, and is a Board Director at both United Kingdom Telecommunications Academy and the United States Telecommunications Training Institute.
