Professional career of almost 25 years in the business environment, leading teams and managing projects, under a strategic vision coupled up with a very agile and humanistic execution. Master in process and organization engineering at Polytechnic University that gave me tools to implement structure and strategic vision in the business environment.
Studied the Management Development Plan at IESE Business School that gave me a vision of all the different areas of the company to be able to adapt to new labor trends.
Completed an MBA from the University of Surrey, London, with a thesis on the Future of companies in the tourism sector that has given me great insight into the MICE and tourism sector.
