Previously, as the UK CEO of Jobandtalent, she expanded revenue 80x in four years, with over 500 personnel under her, achieving unicorn status for the company in 2021.
She boasts vast operational experience, including as CEO of Glossybox, co-founder of The Continental Pantry, and strategy head at Jaeger for Better Capital.
Kate had roles in the private equity team at Goldman Sachs and wealth management at Credit Suisse.
