I have over 25 years of experience in tech and customer communications, working with start-ups, SMEs, and global enterprises across various sectors.
I specialize in rich, multi-channel, conversational platforms and applications that leverage the latest technologies and standards, such as CPaaS, A2P, P2A, WhatsApp, RCS, Apple Business Chat, and Viber. I work closely with the messaging ecosystem to advise, build, and sell the next generation of conversational, business messaging solutions.
I also have strong skills in SaaS development, CRM, ERP and wider technology. I am an experienced product leader who can work with senior managers and business leaders to define and refine strategies and successful go-to-market plans. I am comfortable presenting to a board, speaking to customers, and collaborating with sales, marketing, support, and development teams to ensure success.
