David Cazorla is a seasoned executive with a remarkable career spanning over two decades in the technology and consumer goods sectors. Over the past ten years, David has showcased a deep commitment to innovation and transformation, leading numerous strategic initiatives that have reshaped the organizations he has been a part of.


In his current role as President of Henkel Ibérica, David is at the forefront of leading the Iberian organization into the future, leveraging sustainability, digitalization, innovation, and cultural transformation. His tenure as Global Business Head for Adhesives for the Automotive Aftermarket highlights his expertise in developing and implementing innovative strategies to enhance organizational innovation capabilities beyond product innovation, embracing business innovation and corporate venture building in the dynamic sector of e-mobility.


Prior to his current roles, David held key management positions such as Regional General Manager for South Europe and Regional General Manager for Turkey and Israel at Henkel. In these roles, he played a pivotal role in driving business transformation efforts, optimizing operational efficiencies, and steering the company towards sustainable growth in diverse markets.
