James Kaplan dropped out of Harvey Mudd and started a successful quant hedge fund with backing from Michael Milken. In 2018, billionaire and Marvel Co-Founder, Weili Dai, convinced James to focus on software and the two co-founded MeetKai. James serves as the CEO of MeetKai Inc., an Artificial Intelligence company shaping the next generation of metaverse creation tools and 3D web experiences. Coming out of stealth mode in January 2023, James has led the Meetkai Metaverse to new heights, serving customers across sports, entertainment, consumer, industrial, and tech industries.
