Speaker Bio
Nuno Brito Jorge is seasoned sustainability entrepreneur. Environmental engineer and project manager by training he has worked in the European Parliament (Belgium) as an advisor for energy and environmental policy, in innovation consulting in Spain and as a project manager for large renewable energy projects before starting his first company in 2012.
He is currently the CEO and co-founder of Goparity (his third company), an impact finance platform that allows any person or company to invest with an interest in projects that contribute for the Sustainable Development Goals of the UN.
He was also the founder and President of the Board of Coopérnico, Portugal’s first renewable energy cooperative and has accumulated roles as a board member at organizations such as ANJE, RESCOOP and Eurocrowd.
