Natasha Jackson is Head of Public Policy and Consumer Affairs for the GSMA since 2016. She is responsible for leading the organisations public policy and advocacy work one issues relating to safety, privacy and security.


Natasha has over 25 years experience in the information and communications technology (ICT) sector. She has a BA in Economics, qualified with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, is a former board member and Chairman of FOSI and an advisory board member for Child Helpline International.
