Thelma Quaye has eighteen years of experience working within telecom, ICTs, and banking in various capacities.
She is engaged with governments in Africa to make the transition to a digital economy by providing support and guidance so that they can make the most of the opportunities that a digital economy can bring.
She is committed to helping African countries create a more prosperous future, and ensuring that their citizens can benefit from the advancements in technology. Thelma Quaye currently works with the Smart Africa Secretariat, as the Chief Digital Infrastructure, Skills, and Gender.
