Organizational Psychologist and Ms. In Leadership, Emotional Intelligence and Coaching with +12 years of professional experience in the field of Org. Development, Culture, Org. Design, Team Creation and Team Coaching. Former Talent Manager at Start-Up Chile and HR Manager at ENGIE Factory, corporate venture builder of ENGIE Group, she has dedicated the last 8 years of her career working for the startup ecosystem in Latam and Europe.
Currently Talent Manager at The Collider, Tech Transfer and Venture Building programme of Mobile World Capital Barcelona, mentor for different acceleration programmes, professor, and coach for founders. Her works have been focussed on building entrepreneurial teams from the ground up, aligning individuals from diverse backgrounds around common values and purpose, also providing essential support during the early stages of group formation, fostering trust and ensuring the right complementarity among team members.
