Previously, Ayoola held various regional and country leadership roles at Servier across Middle East and Africa where he led significant business growth. Earlier in his career, he gained sales, marketing and talent consulting experience with companies like AstraZeneca, L’Oreal and Robert Walters. Notably, at Servier, he orchestrated a monumental acquisition in West Africa, steering the company’s growth in Nigeria from a two-person team to a 350-person force within four years, achieving over 300% growth.
