I lead the telecom,media & entertainment research area for the IBM Institute for Business Value, IBM’s think tank that creates insights on business and technology issues for executives.
I am a telecommunications engineer by training and have worked with CSPs across four continents. I bring a deep and broad understanding of the telecom value chain, partnerships, competition, regulation, automation, and advanced technologies to help clients understand the business value of technology. I have a special interest in AI in Telecoms and 5G enterprise commercialization. I'm a member of the AI Expert Working Group for UK Telecoms Innovation Network (UKTIN) and the GSMA IoT Forum as well as a mentor for the TM Forum Next20 program. I am an author with a book, peer-reviewed journal articles, and IBM publications; I am a speaker at conference keynotes and panels as well as university guest lectures.
