Speaker Bio
Mr. LUO Wei, currently serves as Vice President of ZTE Corporation and General Manager of Terminal Product Center, with responsibility for product operation and technology planning of Mobile Device Division.
Mr. LUO has more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with expertise in product and team management, owning 13 years’ experience in overseas high-end carrier markets such as North America, Europe, Japan and more countries.
Mr. LUO joined ZTE Corporation in 2004 and served as Chief Engineer, Head of Testing Department, Head of Product Department and Head of Product Center of Mobile Device Division from 2004 to 2024.
Mr. LUO graduated from Huazhong University of Science & Technology, with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Technology, as well as a Master’s Degree in Computer Software and Theory Engineering.
