Stephen Breen has joined Cubic Telecom's senior leadership as Director of International Partnerships.
Stephen brings over two decades of experience in international telecommunications leadership, strategy execution, wholesale service and product innovation from several industry-leading global telecom providers. Stephen's career has spanned assignments with several global operators, including Telenor Group in Europe (Norway) and Asia (Singapore), BICS (Belgium), and Meteor Mobile and Eircom (Ireland).
Stephen joins Cubic Telecom from Verizon, where he was Director of International Strategy and Products within the Verizon Device and Consumer group.
He also plays the GSMA Deputy Chair leadership role within the GSMA 'Wholesale Agreements & Solutions' (WAS) Group. Their work program is a crucial forum for developing international roaming and interconnect solutions, templates, and frameworks. Cubic Telecom is delighted to support Stephen and the GSMA in its commitment to prioritising international wholesale and agreement projects, impact studies, and global leadership on all matters related to roaming and interconnecting.
Stephen holds an MSc. in Strategic Management from the Dublin Institute of Technology and is based in the Cubic Telecom headquarters in Dublin.
