Agustín is Director of Business Developement at Telefónica Open Innovation, the unit of Telefónica Group that manages the open innovation initiatives and Venture Capital funds of the company and that operates in 9 countries. Its portfolio adds up to more than 550 invested startups worldwide.
Prior to this he was a manager of Securities Markets at diverse corporations, advising in Public and Private Offerings in the European, US and Latin American stock markets and managing some of the biggest transactions done in the telco industry. He also advised in other mergers, acquisitions and block trade transactions.
Agustín is an enthusiast of entrepreneurship and teaches at different universities and business schools. He holds an MBA degree from IESE Business School.
