I drive change through the intersection of strategy, data, and technology, with a unique focus on building partner ecosystems to accelerate financial impact. Through my leadership positions in top strategic consulting and technology firms, I have a demonstrated track record of building new businesses, transforming organizations to drive growth, and enhancing customer experience and retention.
As the Global Partner Leader for Telco at AWS, I manage a $1B+ portfolio of strategic agreements with Telcos, Global System Integrators, and Independent Software Vendors with the objective of creating unique industry solutions through partnerships. My previous experience in strategic consulting helps to drive successful partnerships by focusing on not only the technical solution viability, but also the go-to-market strategy and change management required to support innovation.
My previous experience as a leader of Professional Services at AWS gave me the opportunity to deep dive into emergent technologies, including certification as an AWS Associate Solution Architect. I helped companies transform their customer experience through an AI/ML Practice that I launched as an AWS Industry Specialty practice. Understanding the need for telco industry growth in the Enterprise segment, I created a strategy to jointly establish and accelerate the cloud consulting and managed services portfolios of telcos through unique AWS joint go-to-market propositions.
Previous to joining AWS, I served as Managing Director of the Telecom & Media Strategy practice at Accenture where I launched a global Telecom Retail Strategy practice and built the $25M Telecom Strategy Analytics & Insights practice from the ground up.
Outside of my career, I spend time mentoring youth through the Boy Scouts of America, which connects with my love of the outdoors in activities such as skiing, hiking, backpacking, and scuba diving. I am an avid independent travel, usually accompanied by my husband and two sons on travel adventures throughout the globe.
