ROBERTO FRONGIA, Strategy & Operations Director, TONOMUS Compute, NEOM
With more than 25 years’ experience Roberto has become an accomplished technology leader specializing in top management consulting and multinational organizations honing his skills and expertise as a goal driven, forward thinking Strategy and Operations Director for Compute & Innovation within the Tech & Digital team at NEOM.
Adept at leadership, people management and possessing extensive international experience. An expert in establishing strong business and technology team collaboration. Roberto holds an analytical, structured approach and completed the MIT Executive Business program in Digital Strategy and possesses an MBA and BS degree in Civil Engineering.
He is part of a team embarking on full-scale technology ventures at NEOM, harnessing the power of the ‘Connect, Compute, Platform and Innovation’ to deliver end-to-end solutions where humans and machines harmonize, inspired by nature and sustainability.
Prior to joining NEOM, Roberto worked in a variety of Senior Director and managerial positions, including at Nokia, Arthur D. Little Strategy Consulting and Hewlett-Packard (HP). Most recently as Senior Director, Head of Strategy, Business Operation & Data Analytics where he led a team of 15+ senior strategy, planning, and operations professionals to deliver compelling business value to regional leadership.
