Dan Littmann is a Principal in Deloitte Consulting’s telecommunications, media and technology (TMT) practice and serves Deloitte’s Communications Infrastructure Leader and TMT Strategy and Transformation Leader.
He has more than 25 years of experience in the communications industry and has worked with carriers to define growth and investment strategies, accelerate the launch of new services, and drive cost savings and margin improvement. He specializes in helping companies develop flexible strategies, processes, and business models capable of adapting to the rapid pace of technological, competitive, and regulatory change. Dan has published articles, spoken, and led primary research efforts on the topics of fiber investments, wireless spectrum, 5G, and the evolving digital ecosystem and its impact on wireless and wireline providers.
Project experience includes strategy development, network deployment, network architecture, margin enhancement, spectrum valuation, network operations management and new product development. His clients span the global communications ecosystem and including wireless and wireline carriers, equipment providers, device OEMs, and tower and infrastructure providers. Dan also serves government clients in both the defense and civilian sectors.
