Niels Helkov has 30 years experience in information and communication services with Orange Business, part of the Orange group. He is currently serving as Head of Smart Industries at Orange Business Americas, responsible for go to market, solution sales, delivery and customer service. Prior to that he occupied various key management roles with Orange Business Americas such as Head of eHealth and Digital solutions, Head of IT services business unit and Controller for the Global Services Division, with revenues of 1 BN USD and 900 staff across Americas, Europe and the Far East.
Before joining Orange Business, he spent 4 years with Proudfoot Consulting, managing large productivity consulting projects across Europe.
Niels holds a double majors degree in Management Science and Geology from the University of Keele in England and speaks English, Danish and French fluently.
