Steve Szabo is Vice President of Business Products, Verizon Business Group. He is responsible for developing and delivering solutions that leverage Verizon’s 5G and 4G wireless and fixed network capabilities in the U.S. and across more than 150 countries.
Steve’s responsibilities include ownership of strategy, commercialization and management of Verizon’s IoT, Private Networking, Fixed Wireless Access & Network-As-A-Service products.
Building upon Verizon’s network infrastructure assets, Steve’s team focuses on driving customer outcomes and enhancing customer experiences through the development of management and enablement platforms, security and managed services offerings, and end-to-end integrated solutions.
Steve also leads Verizon’s efforts to unlock the value of new capabilities, including 5G stand-alone and network slicing, that will allow organizations to leverage new aspects of 5G technology. He works closely with strategic partners across the technology ecosystem including cloud service providers, OEMs, system integrators, application developers and vertical solution providers.
Steve is a graduate of Ohio University with a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications and earned a Masters in Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
