Speaker Bio
He has a bachelor's and master's degree in Law from UnB-Brasília University, with an MBA in Business Management from FGV-Fundação Getúlio Vargas. He has been a member of the Federal Attorney's career since 2007. He was director of Broadband at the Ministry of Communications and secretary of Telecommunications, from 2011 to 2022. He was one of those responsible for preparing the National Broadband Program and chaired the Geostationary Defense Satellite project and Strategic Communications. Artur Coimbra also presides over the Association of Portuguese Language Communications and Telecommunications Regulators.
