As Client Chief Technology Officer for the Professional Services Business Unit (BU), Rajesh’s responsibilities include developing the cognitive city blueprint, building of services for different sectors and regions within NEOM. He and his team assists NEOM sectors in creating, experimenting, and building technologies for future productization.
Some of Rajesh’s key focus areas include trust enablement layer with decentralized identity, domain AI backbone utilizing homegrown and open source LFMs, robotics, autonomous agents, among others.
His expertise spans over two decades, involving designing, building, and operating large-scale systems and cloud-native applications using distributed systems, self-healing architectures, and microservices. He was previously Chief Technologist and Head of Engineering for Publicis Sapient MENA, where he served as both he Engineering Leader and Technology Lead for key programs. He also worked as an advisor and partner for CxOs in various roles.
Rajesh has practical experience in addressing resiliency issues in large distributed systems, managing digital transformation programs, cloud architectures, and implementing continuous improvement through CI/CD DevOps processes. He has collaborated with diverse teams across multiple geographical locations and cultures.
