Ashutosh Dutta is currently 5G Chief Strategist at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory in Maryland. He serves as the director of Doctor of Engineering program at JHU. Ashutosh is founding Co-chair of IEEE Future Networks, chair of IEEE Open RAN Industry Connection, and co-chair of IEEE 5G/6G Innovation Testbed. Ashutosh obtained his BS in EE from NIT ROurkela, MS in Computer Science from NJIT and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University, New York. Ashutosh is a Fellow of IEEE, and a Distinguished Member of ACM.
