Andy Tay serves as Lead – Accenture Cloud First. Accenture Cloud First is a multi-service group that provides the full stack of cloud solutions spanning strategy, industry-specific cloud journeys, migration and modernization, and secure cloud management, as well as change and talent management to support continuous innovation. Andy is also a member of the Global Management Committee.


In his role, Andy shapes Accenture’s thinking on cloud-based business innovation. He is extending the company’s leadership with Accenture’s ecosystem partners and investing in the capabilities, solutions, acquisitions and talent to keep Accenture at the forefront of the market. Andy also oversees Accenture’s partnerships with major and emerging players in public and hybrid cloud, data & AI, and software engineering. 


Prior to his current role, Andy served as the lead for the Accenture AWS Business Group. He was responsible for combining the resources, capabilities and industry knowledge of Accenture, AWS, Amazon, and the partner ecosystem to accelerate end-to-end business and technology transformation for clients. Andy and his team worked continuously to innovate while delivering new and differentiated solutions for joint Accenture and AWS clients. Under his leadership, Accenture quickly became a recognized leader in AWS cloud services with industry analysts. 


Andy joined Accenture in 1998 and has held global leadership roles in both Strategy & Consulting and Technology. He has driven large-scale end-to-end digital transformation programs for some of world’s best-known brands. His clients represent a range of industries—including financial, products, communications, media, technology and platform, health and public sector, and resources—and he has delivered transformational programs in 15 countries. Andy has built and guided all-star teams throughout his tenure, bringing together the best of Accenture capabilities to address critical client challenges and deliver value.
