Badar Khan focuses on developing city platforms that prioritize user experiences, privacy and data. His expertise lies in creating software solutions that effectively address challenges and cater to user needs.
With over 17 years of experience, Badar has held leadership positions at both Fortune 100 companies and start-ups. He has successfully designed numerous products and led global engineering teams, contributing significantly to the advancement of smart city and industrial transformations.
Before his tenure at TONOMUS, Badar played a key role as the Head of Technology and was an essential member of the executive team at Siemens Saudi Arabia. There, he oversaw the MindSphere Application Center and a team of experts engaged in digitalization and AI analytics. Previously, he also served as an AI Architect at Siemens Corporate Research, where his contributions resulted in two patents and several published works on AI-based systems and approaches.
Badar holds an MSc in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Genetic Computation and a BS in Computer Engineering from The State University of New York.
