Lawrence is a senior partner of Deloitte China and is currently global Chairman of Deloitte Chinese Services Group (CSG), a unique organization in Deloitte responsible for service coordination to China headquartered companies through our global network as well as global multinationals operating in China. In that capacity, Lawrence developed unique insights into opportunities as well as challenges facing global organizations in China market and Chinese businesses looking to operate globally. He has supported many such clients across a wide range of topics including M&A, cross border IPOs, global strategy and compliance. He frequently speaks at global and China events such as Boao forum.
An auditor by background, Lawrence has served TMT companies throughout his 28 years professional career with a particular focus on telecommunication clients.
Lawrence is a Chinese CPA and also serves as China President and Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (FCA ICAEW). He is currently an honorary professor at University of Glasgow, Adam Smith Business School and a member of the College of Business, International Advisory Board (CIAB) of City University of HK.
