As a 20+ year seasoned veteran in financial services, Deb has global expertise in strategy, operating model design, contact center operations, digital modernization, agile transformation, product management, customer experience ownership, change management, and business process improvement across a diverse suite of products including insurance, mobile device supply chain, auto and financial services. As the Senior Vice President of Customer Experience at Assurant, she is accountable for creating and executing a global and holistic CX culture and practice throughout the entire Assurant enterprise for their 300M+ end consumers.


With a long held a passion for the development of women and girls, as well as a strong drive to make an impact in her community, Deb has been an advocate, mentor, and coach for the development and promotion of countless women in the workplace and an active volunteer for several charitable organizations, including Junior Achievement of Georgia and the Atlanta Women’s Foundation. 


Personally, Deb is an avid hiker and world traveler and takes off from Atlanta, Georgia, where she resides with her family.
