Enno de Boer is a senior partner at McKinsey & Company.
He is the global head of the firm’s operations technology. He leads McKinsey’s collaboration with the World Economic Forum around technology adoption and the ecosystem required to build large-scale transformations. This partnership has also included the publication of several collaborative whitepapers, identifying the world’s leading manufacturers and their adoption of digital manufacturing technologies.
Enno serves clients on digital manufacturing strategies and transformation across many industries. He supports several Fortune 500 and small- and medium-size-enterprise clients across industries in their pursuit of competitive advantage through operational excellence. He has a passion for disruptive business models and start-ups, with a track record for innovation, business building, large scale transformations, scaling businesses, and value enhancing strategies. His industry expertise spans across pharmaceutical, medical devices, automotive, advanced electronics, private equity, food and beverage, and fast-moving-consumer-goods.
