Session Description

Digital technology offers the potential to transform economies and societies, providing unprecedented opportunities for nations and their citizens.

Worldwide, countries are striving to address the challenges posed by the pace of change that digital services offer. Expanding digital infrastructure can be costly and complex, and a divide emerges between well-connected cities and remote, rural communities. Governments have a vital role to play in solving these problems. But which countries are getting it right, and what can we learn from them?

In this session, hear from government leaders as we explore different approaches to digital transformation, and how good intentions can be translated into effective policy. They'll discuss how their nations are navigating the journey towards enhancing digital infrastructure, encouraging innovation and adoption, and equipping citizens with the skills needed to thrive in a digitally competitive world.
