Authorities that regulate the telecom sector and other parts of the digital ecosystem must continuously assess the economic and societal impact of emerging technologies — and regularly renew or retire regulations to achieve the best possible outcome. In this signature session of the Ministerial Programme, heads of national regulatory authorities will share their views on the digital ecosystem and highlight recent regulatory achievements and innovations that have delivered results in their country. Common themes will be further explored in a moderated panel discussion.
