mObywatel 2.0 is the official web and mobile application offered by the Ministry of Digital Affairs.
The app serves as a citizen’s assistant, catalogue of ready-to-use e-services, and wallet for digital documents. With mObywatel 2.0, handling official matters and communication with public offices have become faster, efficient, and convenient.
mObywatel 2.0 has been downloaded over 15 million times. The enhanced version is a response to our citizens’ everyday needs. We checked every service and function during usability tests. We had kept changing and improving them until we reached version 2.0. Our team of UX experts regularly conducts research and user interviews, which allow for constant and systematic improvement of the application
