Where can I find Lost & Found facility?

The Fira Exhibitor Care desk located inside of the venue in the South Entrance, Level -1 will house the lost & found coordination desk. Should you discover or be given a 'lost item please return it to one of the following areas:

• The lost & found desk inside the police station, south entrance, Level 1 is for passports and documents only

• Fira Exhibitor Care Desk, South Entrance, Level -1

The Minor Friendly Space will be open to all parents/guardians of infants from Monday 28 February to Thursday 3 March. The Minor Friendly Space is in the Hall 2, Room 2.D

How can I access the public WiFi?

Free public Wi-Fi service is available to MWC registered attendees.

This service is available only at hotspot areas and not within exhibition areas.

How can I get my free Public Transport ticket?

As a registered MWC attendee, you are eligible for one free public transport pass which covers unlimited travel on Barcelona’s integrated public transport system; underground/metro, tram, bus and FGC local trains plus 1 x one-way trip to the airport.

Validity of this transport pass is for the duration of the event only, 28 February to 3 March inclusive.

Make sure to collect your transport pass at Fira Gran Via, South Entrance, from Saturday 26th of February to Wednesday 2nd of March from 9:00-19:00 and on Thursday 3rd of March from 9:00-16:00

Please note:

• One Free Public Transport Pass is provided per attendee

• In the event of loss, replacements will not be provided

• The free transport pass is valid during event days only, so if you’re using public transport over the weekend, you’ll need to purchase tickets for those days
